Untangle past relational patterns and clarify what you actually want through understanding attachment styles, rejection sensitivity, what safety and respect actually feel like for you, as well as your values, needs and desires.

🌿 MODULE 3: Communicate with Clarity

Express You will be able to express yourself clearly without guilt and overexplaining yourself through better understanding boundaries you want to set, generating scripts for difficult conversations and voicing needs.

🌼 MODULE 4: Choose Peace Over Patterns

Identify and change unhealthy relationship dynamics by understanding the difference between avoidance vs. unavailability, when you are acting from a place of dysregulation and learning how to connect in a safe way.

🌸 MODULE 5: Practice Secure Love

Deepen You will learn how to respond to conflict without freezing or spiralling and to build self-trust within yourself.
