The Relationships 1:1 Coaching Programme

Go from feeling frustrated and stuck in your relationships to feeling calm, confident, and empowered.


This 3-month 1:1 coaching programme is designed for highly sensitive and neurodivergent people who are ready to navigate their relationships with greater clarity, ease, and self-trust.

Module 1: Know Your Patterns

Using Gottman research, we will explore common conflict patterns and identify which ones tend to show up in your relationships.

Module 2: Attachment Styles - A Lens, Not a Label

Using attachment theory, we will reflect on how you tend to behave in relationships. We’ll use guiding questions to identify patterns but NOT to diagnose.

Module 3: Bids for Connection

We’ll build an awareness of the small ways you and other reach for connection, and how they’re received.

Module 4: Nervous System and Self-Regulation

We’ll explore your nervous system states i.e. whether you operate from fight, flight or freeze and identify any signs of dysregulation.

Module 5: Communication Essentials

We’ll practice initiating tough conversations without triggering defensiveness.

Module 6: Building stronger connection

We’ll design rituals that nurture consistency and closeness, cultivating positivity by focussing on the strengths of our relationships.

Module 7: Align with your needs

We’ll clarigy your core values, needs and desires and how they show up in relationships, as well as defining your boundaries, so you can better navigate saying ‘no’.

Module 8: Integration Plan

We will reflect on what tools are working and what needs adapting in your relationships, as well as create daily or weekly practices to help you stay grounded in your relationships.
