Your journey starts here

The 6 Steps to Developing Confidence in your Workplace Relationships

During our time together, we’ll walk through six evidence-backed steps, each designed to empower you and help you develop confidence in your workplace relationships.

Step 1: Regulating at Work

Gain nervous-system awareness in your workplace relationships by mapping workplace triggers, generating somatic reset tools before and after meetings, and differentiating between pressure vs. panic. You’ll come away with tools that support you to feel more confident and less reactive at work.

Step 2: Rebuild Self-Trust

You’ll untangle Imposter Syndrome and develop a sense of assertiveness. We’ll uncover what confidence looks like for you, rejection sensitivity, and ways to counteract your inner critic.

Step 4: Speak Up With Confidence

Feel more comfortable to take up space in the workplace without losing who you are. We’ll come up with calming pre-meeting rituals, ways to anchor your confidence in intrinsic motivation, and techniques to frame feedback or ideas clearly.

Step 3: Boundaries That Don’t Burn You Out

You’ll learn to communicate boundaries without guilt or over-explaining by coming up with scripts for difficult conversations and practicing delivery with tone and clarity.

Step 5: Maintenance

Maintain confidence, clarity and calm in the workplace. You’ll learn to pace your growth, identify where you want to go next in your career, and create an ongoing support map to help keep you grounded in your workplace relationships.
